Clozr provides an AI-assisted real estate search and advisory platform focused on the Austin, Texas market. The Service allows users to explore property listings, receive AI-generated insights, communicate with licensed real estate professionals, and submit offers. Clozr is a technology platform and is not a licensed real estate broker. All real estate transactions are facilitated by licensed professionals.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. Clozr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. AI-Generated Content
Clozr uses artificial intelligence to generate property insights, market analyses, and conversational responses. This content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional real estate, financial, or legal advice. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. Always verify important information independently and consult with a licensed professional before making real estate decisions.
5. Property Listings
Property listing information is sourced from third-party data providers and the MLS. While we strive for accuracy, Clozr does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any listing. Listings are subject to change without notice. Clozr is not responsible for errors or omissions in listing data.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission; (d) submit false or misleading information; (e) interfere with the operation of the Service; or (f) use the Service to harass, discriminate against, or harm others.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Clozr and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clozr and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Clozr disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
